This Delivery Policy governs delivery obligations for all Vendors registered on the Blinzar Platform.

1. Overview

This policy outlines the delivery responsibilities, standards, and operational requirements applicable to all Vendors using the Blinzar Platform.

2. Vendor Delivery Model

Blinzar operates under a Vendor Self-Delivery Model.

The Vendor is solely responsible for fulfilling and delivering customer orders.

3. Delivery Standards

The Vendor shall:

  • Deliver orders safely.
  • Deliver orders within estimated timelines.
  • Maintain food quality during transportation.
  • Use professional delivery practices.

4. Packaging Requirements

The Vendor must ensure that:

  • Food is securely packed.
  • Packaging is leak-resistant.
  • Packaging is hygienic.
  • Food remains suitable for consumption upon delivery.

5. Delivery Personnel

The Vendor is responsible for:

  • Recruiting delivery staff.
  • Managing delivery personnel.
  • Training delivery personnel.
  • Ensuring professional conduct.

6. Delivery Delays

The Vendor shall make reasonable efforts to avoid delays.

Where delays occur, the Vendor should notify affected customers promptly.

7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered failed when:

  • The customer is unavailable.
  • The customer refuses delivery.
  • Incorrect address information is provided.
  • Access to the delivery location is not possible.

8. Customer Communication

Vendors shall communicate professionally with customers and provide necessary delivery updates whenever required.

9. Performance Monitoring

Blinzar may monitor:

  • Delivery Completion Rates.
  • Delivery Timelines.
  • Customer Complaints.
  • Customer Ratings.
  • Order Fulfillment Performance.

Poor performance may result in warnings, restrictions, or account suspension.

10. Liability

The Vendor remains solely responsible for:

  • Delivery Execution.
  • Delivery Staff.
  • Delivery-Related Disputes.
  • Delivery Timelines.
  • Delivery Quality.
