These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between
Blinzar Private Limited ("Blinzar", "Company", "Platform") and the registered
vendor ("Vendor", "Partner", "You").
By registering, accessing, or using the Blinzar Vendor Platform,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Vendor Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Own or operate a legitimate food-related business.
- Possess all necessary business licenses and permits.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Maintain updated business information.
Blinzar reserves the right to verify any information provided by the Vendor.
2. Vendor Account Registration
- All registration information must be accurate and complete.
- Login credentials must remain confidential.
- The Vendor is responsible for all account activities.
- Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
Blinzar reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false,
misleading, or incomplete information.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality food standards.
- Ensure proper food preparation practices.
- Maintain sufficient inventory.
- Display accurate menu items and pricing.
- Fulfill accepted orders promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Food Safety and Compliance
The Vendor agrees to comply with:
- FSSAI Regulations.
- Local Health Department Requirements.
- Food Packaging Standards.
- Hygiene and Sanitation Guidelines.
The Vendor remains solely responsible for food-related complaints,
health concerns, and regulatory violations.
5. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
- Accept or reject orders within a reasonable time.
- Prepare food according to customer specifications.
- Update order status accurately.
- Avoid unnecessary order cancellations.
Frequent cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.
6. Menu and Pricing
- Menu Accuracy.
- Product Descriptions.
- Pricing Updates.
- Availability Information.
- Promotional Offers.
Blinzar shall not be responsible for errors in Vendor-provided information.
7. Commission Structure
- Blinzar shall charge a commission of 10% per successful order.
- Commission may be deducted from Vendor settlements.
- Applicable taxes may also apply.
- Commission policies may be updated with prior notice.
8. Delivery Responsibilities
- Delivery shall be managed solely by the Vendor.
- Blinzar does not provide delivery personnel.
- The Vendor is responsible for delivery quality and timelines.
- The Vendor is responsible for customer communication regarding delivery.
9. Customer Complaints
- Cooperate with complaint investigations.
- Provide requested information.
- Resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain satisfactory customer service standards.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Provide misleading information.
- Manipulate ratings or reviews.
- Sell prohibited products.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Misuse customer information.
- Violate applicable laws.
11. Intellectual Property
The Vendor grants Blinzar a non-exclusive right to use:
- Business Name
- Brand Logo
- Product Images
- Marketing Materials
For promotional and operational purposes.
12. Suspension and Termination
Blinzar may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for:
- Fraudulent Activity
- Repeated Customer Complaints
- Food Safety Violations
- Legal Non-Compliance
- Platform Misuse
- Breach of These Terms
13. Limitation of Liability
Blinzar acts solely as a technology platform connecting customers and vendors.
Blinzar shall not be responsible for:
- Food Quality Issues
- Delivery Failures
- Vendor Operational Losses
- Customer Disputes
- Regulatory Violations Committed by Vendors
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
